Every index on this site runs under a fixed, versioned, published methodology — universe screens, selection ranking, capped turnover weighting, integer baskets, divisor continuity, quarterly rebalances, and safety gates. The rules are the product: nothing is discretionary, nothing is smoothed, and every restatement, incident, and registry decision is disclosed below and on the announcements page.
